Felix Ferris joins AREEA as a Workplace Relations Advisor based in our Melbourne office.
With extensive experience from the Fair Work Commission and the finance industry, Felix brings a comprehensive understanding of employee and industrial relations, and employment law. His practical experience encompasses enterprise bargaining, managing complex disciplinary and termination matters, overseeing organisational change programs and conducting workplace investigations into allegations of bullying, sexual harassment, and whistleblower complaints.
Felix’s in depth knowledge of employment law and legislation ensures he provides clear, strategic advice to businesses, aiming to pre-empt issues, mitigate risk and ensure compliance within Australia’s industrial relations framework.
