The AREEA Industry Future Leader Award recognises an individual who has had a positive and noticeable impact on workforce culture, processes and practices within their organisation.
Criteria: Nominations must be lodged by either a direct supervisor or a senior executive/manager of the nominees organisation. Award nominations should adhere to the following guidelines:
♦ 200 words on the workforce impact of the nominee;
♦ 300 words on the nominees specific programs, projects and activities that lead to the workforce impact; and
♦ 200 word testimonial on the results and success metrics.
Candidates must have no more than 10 years’ experience working in the fields of human resources, industrial relations or operations. Further, they must be an employee of a resources and energy-related company at both the time of application and award presentation. Fill in the below form to submit your nomination.
