World-renowned expert in organisational psychology and leadership, distinguished Professor Robert Wood has penned an insightful article highlighting the financial benefits of cross cultural inclusion.
Professor Wood is a member of the Australian Women in Resources Alliance (AWRA) Advisory Board, a national workforce gender diversity initiative delivered by AREEA.
In this article, Professor Wood deep dives on a case study which shows cultural inclusion can produce large returns to the bottom line.
“There is ample evidence that diversity is an asset that leads to better problem solving, innovation and employee engagement. However, those benefits are only realised if the diversity, in whatever form it takes, is recognised, accepted and utilised,” writes Professor Wood.
