The DISC Profile (or DISC Assessment) is one of the most popular and versatile development tools used by organisations across the globe. It is the most simple, accurate and fun model of human behaviour that exists today. Put simply, DISC is the universal language of observable human behaviour.
DISC can be seen as a tool for identifying and effectively handling the different types of people encountered in the workplace and society at large. The DISC program is combined with the key topics of leadership, communication & teams, and diversity & change (client choice) to produce significant and observable positive changes in the workplace.
