Lauren Baggoley, Manager Health & Wellbeing at Santos, will walk participants through the design, rollout and outcomes of Santos’s GP-led health service model – including what worked, what the data showed and what other organisations can take away. Lauren is a workplace health and wellbeing professional with extensive experience across occupational health, injury management and workplace wellbeing. At Santos, she leads the development and delivery of strategic wellbeing initiatives, combining evidence-based practice, employee engagement and innovation to create healthier workplaces and deliver meaningful outcomes for people and business.

Nat Boehm, Head of Health and Safety at Senex Energy, will explore how organisations can improve safety and wellbeing by removing unnecessary complexity, reducing friction and designing systems of work that support safe, reliable and efficient operations. Senex’s award-winning work provides a practical example of how work design changes can help reduce high cognitive load, an important but often underestimated psychosocial risk factor.
