Stephanie is leading AREEA’s expanding programs, initiatives and capabilities in the areas of Mental Health, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. This includes managing AREEA’s Workplace Wellbeing Advisory Board, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board, People and Culture Advisory Board, and National Resources and Energy Industry Taskforce on Workplace Sexual Harassment.
Stephanie is passionate about mental health and DE&I and brings a diverse range of career experiences and skills to AREEA. She has worked as a geophysicist in the field and managed geophysics, IT and QHSE projects, including a program that won a 2019 WA Health and Safety Excellence Award for best workplace health and well-being initiative.
Stephanie has completed a PhD in psychology and holds professional certification with the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Australia. She is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders, a Senior Member and Certified Professional of the Australian Computer Society and an Accredited Research Manager (Foundation) of the Australasian Research Management Society.
Stephanie serves on the WA Committees of the Australian Institute of Physics and the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society of Australia.
