Julie Fallon
Executive Vice President Technical and Energy Development, Woodside Energy Limited
Julie joined Woodside’s Executive Leadership Team in 2022 and is currently Executive Vice President Technical and Energy Development. Julie oversees a range of areas including project development, reserves & subsurface, wells & seismic, engineering & technology, digital, IT & cybersecurity, and health, safety, & environment.
Julie has over 30 years’ experience and has held a number of roles within Woodside including SVP Engineering, SVP Pluto Business Unit, SVP Internal Audit and EVP Corporate Services.
Julie has also worked in a range of production and engineering roles, including several years living and working in Karratha. Prior to joining Woodside, Julie worked as an engineer with Shell Australia.
Julie graduated from the University of Sydney with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering (First Class Honours) and is a fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers.
Julie is the president of Australian Resources and Energy Employer Association and a member of Chief Executive Women.
