Psychosocial injury and return to work

Lifeline WA aims to prevent suicide, support people in crisis and reduce the stigmas which can be a barrier to seeking help. We’ll explore how psychosocial hazards can lead to illness or injury, reducing stigma towards ill or injured workers, rehabilitation and return to work planning, and ways to maintain effective communication and appropriate support throughout the process.

Judi Clemie is a crisis supporter, in-shift supervisor and trainer with Lifeline WA, with a background in vocational rehabilitation and workplace wellbeing. She has 30 years’ experience supporting people facing a sudden change in life circumstances or career goals due to injury/illness.
