Join us on 18 October for the latest instalment in our Diversity and Inclusion webinar series to hear Dr Isabelle Kingsley discuss how to measure the impact and outcomes of your workplace diversity interventions.

Dr Isabelle Kingsley is a Research Associate for the Office of the Women in STEM Ambassador, a role which sees her investigate what works when trying to smash gender inequities in the workplace. She is also a science communicator and has delivered several webinars on evaluation for organisations such as Inspiring Australia and the Champions of Change Coalition.

Dr Kingsley has developed a free evaluation guide to support anyone running an equity program and guide investment in programs that are effective in removing barriers to girls’ and women’s participation, and is leading the development of an online evaluation tool which will act as a national repository of evaluations when it launches in 2022.
