FIFO Happiness and Positive expectation management with Robbie Figg

Robbie Figg, General Manager of Happiness Co., has a wealth of experience in team dynamics, culture and facilitation. He developed the groundbreaking Employee Happiness Program, which was named Wellness Initiative of the Year for two consecutive years. A former professional soccer player, Robbie is also known for MCing for the West Coast Eagles and has been twice honoured as “Facilitator of the Year.”

Robbie’s presentation focuses on equipping leaders with the skills and knowledge to support new to FIFO team members. The session covers strategies to help new entrants manage the unique challenges of the FIFO lifestyle.
