Record export volumes have put state and federal budgets in surplus, continued jobs growth is fuelling near-full employment, and initiatives abound on workforce culture, wellbeing, inclusion and social impact.

Equally we’ve faced some headwinds.

Skills shortages have not abated, talent is tight. And, the regulatory environment has presented serious challenges with further industrial relations changes coming.
