Interpersonal effectiveness  has become a prerequisite for leadership success in today’s work environment., This program expands on the interpersonal skills a leader already possesses, explores new dimensions of people leadership, and provides tools to increase a leader’s understanding and interpersonal effectiveness. key content topics include influence, building relationships, fostering teamwork and collaboration, and coaching.
