Kath Jones has worked as a specialist psychosocial inspector in WorkSafe and Mines Safety for over 14 years and worked as a subject matter expert in the development of the psychosocial codes of practice in WA and industry guidance on gendered violence. Kath is currently assisting in the review of the Mentally healthy workplaces for fly-in fly-out (FIFO) workers and the development of a national inspector training program for regulating psychosocial hazards.
