The Certificate IV in Frontline Management BSB40812 is a nationally recognised qualification aimed at supporting organisations to raise their performance by developing the skills and knowledge of their supervisors and frontline managers.

People targeting or moving into such a supervisory position will also benefit from this program. Frontline managers provide leadership, direction and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of work teams.
