AWRA Lunchtime Webinar with Alcoa

In this webinar, Alcoa will give you an insight into their long-term commitment to supporting the communities in which it operates, providing employment opportunities for local residents and building a diverse workforce. As part of the Pinjarra Alumina Refinery entry level talent program, the Pinjarra Prospects Program is an education and training initiative, providing an insight for local female high school students into a career in the resources sector.

Participants in the voluntary program have the opportunity to explore different career pathways, gain industry insights, exposure to industry mentors as well as practical tips.
The Pinjarra team will take you through the entry level inclusion and diversity strategy, with a feature on the Prospects program.
