Zoe is a practicing employment lawyer who assists in AREEA’s development of workplace policy, advocating for changes to industrial relations legislation as well as giving specific advice on a range of contemporary workplace relations and industrial relations issues facing the energy and resources sector..

Previously, she has experience representing and advising both employer and employee in the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Court, the state Industrial Relations Commission, and the Supreme Court. She was admitted in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and holds qualifications in law, English and has a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
