In Sky News online, AREEA Chief Executive Steve Knott AM says the Albanese Government’s newly announced Fair Work Court would do nothing to fix the existing industrial relations regime, as a similar federal industrial court had already been abolished in 1997. Mr Knott also flagged the growing number of union-linked appointees to the current Fair Work Commission was undermining business confidence in the tribunal.
