On September 8, AREEA chief executive Steve Knott took part in a panel discussion at the Premier’s Women’s Summit in Melbourne which focused on Women’s Leadership in the Workplace – the presentation can be downloaded here.

The Summit was attended by more than 200 representatives from, business, community and government organisations. The purpose of the Summit was to examine the benefit to organisations when women participate in leadership and to explore high level strategies which can ensure that the workplace provides the opportunity for women’s leadership.
