Resources and Energy Mental Health Research Program
AREEA invites you to join the many leading companies participating in the Resources and Energy Industry Workforce and Leaders Mental Health Research Program to learn more about the impact of COVID-19 on the mental health of your organisation’s employees and leaders.
The study delivers comprehensive mental health findings and insights that you can compare against other companies across the sector.
Participation in the research involves inviting your employees and leaders to complete the National Industry Survey to capture extensive data on mediating mental health factors, the use of and preference for existing wellbeing interventions and efficacy of current support measures.
Participating companies will receive a company report with specific recommendations which support organisations to maximise productivity, improve the wellbeing of leaders and employees and assist in the recovery from the impacts of COVID-19.
This first-of-its-kind, industry-wide national research program is set to deliver its phase one findings shortly and enter its second phase.
The program is developed and conducted by the Mindshape research team in collaboration with AREEA. Watch Mindshape’s lead researcher explain the initiative and what is involves, here.
