In the Australian Financial Review, AREEA Chief Executive Steve Knott warned that draft orders released by the Fair Work Commission on Tuesday allowing cost pass-through of owner-drivers’ rising fuel costs to apex supply chain companies such as Coles and Wesfarmers signalled a “sweeping intervention [by the Commission] into private contracts, with only days for affected businesses to respond.”
