On 15 March 2017, AREEA chief executive Steve Knott delivered a presentation to the Brisbane Club outlining his concerns with the workplace relations debate in Australia and how AREEA is campaigning to change the conversation.
“We must consider what our WR system would look like if we were to start fresh and build it from the ‘ground up’, with proper deliberation given to innovation, growth and the future job opportunities, prospects and living standards of our children and grandchildren. Because how we regulate work today will significantly impact Australia’s future,” Mr Knott said.
