An experienced workplace relations lawyer, Amanda previously worked at the Australian Medical Association.
Amanda has extensive experience in enterprise bargaining and workplace disputes, including representation before the WA Industrial Relations Commission, Fair Work Commission and Federal Court of Australia.
She brings an array of human resources support experience, including recruitment, employment obligations and performance management.
Amanda is also an experienced workplace investigator, focusing on bullying and harassment, inappropriate behaviour, and misappropriation of substances with an appreciation of how inappropriate behaviour affects employee engagement, productivity, and workplace dynamics.
Amanda has recently completed her Masters in Employment and Labour Relations.
