AREEA has responded to strong member demand by developing a “knowledge library” to support diversity, equity and inclusion activities.

This new information bank includes member-recommended providers or products; helpful articles, presentations and webinars; useful specialisations and skillsets, supportive evidence-based checks; and interventions and initiatives.

Linked to the acclaimed industry-first AREEA Resources and Energy Industry Diversity Equity and Inclusion Framework and AREEA Diversity Equity and Inclusion Maturity Assessment Tool, the suite of recommendations and resources will be published and regularly updated on AREEA’s Member Portal.

While AREEA is providing much of the material, members’ recommendations, such as for service providers and suppliers, are crucial.

AREEA is now calling for member recommendations to help populate the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Knowledge Library. Please advise of providers, services and initiatives that served you well along with useful additional information about them. Recommendations can remain anonymous if you wish.
