Louisa Gardner is a legal practitioner and Workplace Relations Advisor at AREEA based in Perth.
Louisa is passionate about supporting employers by providing advice on complex employment law issues, workplace investigations and enterprise agreement matters, and considering the practical impact on employers.
Prior to joining AREEA, she was an Associate at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA’s law firm, Business Law WA Pty Ltd, where she delivered legal advice and was a regular speaker at many events and training courses.
Louisa completed a Bachelor of Arts 2019 in and a Juris Doctor in 2022. She was admitted to practice in the WA Supreme Court in 2023.
