Leigh Haynes is a senior Employment Relations and Industrial Relations specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the HR profession, including 15 years focused exclusively on IR/ER. Her career spans the Energy, Resources, Infrastructure, Construction, and Manufacturing sectors across Australia, New Zealand, PNG, Asia, and North America.
Leigh brings proven expertise in industrial relations strategy, enterprise agreement management, dispute resolution, and workplace investigations. She has a strong track record of supporting organisations to navigate Australia’s complex workplace relations system with confidence and clarity. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Business (HRM), a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, and is completing a Diploma in Law. She has also completed specialist training in IR advocacy in industrial tribunals, change management, and leadership development.
