Keith Weston
Managing Director, Sodexo
Keith Weston is the Managing Director of Sodexo Australia, a role he was appointed to on 1 November 2022. He is an accomplished leader with over 30 years of experience in remote sites, offshore and corporate on-site operations, and global sales and business development.
Previously he was the Executive Director of Energy & Resources from April 2022 and the Director of Corporate Services, Education & Healthcare from August 2018 to April 2022.
Keith joined Sodexo in 2012 as General Manager, responsible for all of Australia’s offshore and remote site operations. In 2013, he moved to the Chief Operating Officer position responsible for developing and delivering strategic retention, operational and growth plans for Sodexo’s Remote Site onshore and offshore oil & gas and mining business across Australia.
In 2015, representing Sodexo Group’s largest-ever contract win, Keith Weston developed the tender strategy. He led the global team to develop the innovative Integrated Facilities Management Services (IFMS) solution for Sodexo Australia’s Energy & Resources segment. In 2016, Keith took on the VP Global Sales & Business Development Mining position, where he developed the global mining growth and retention strategy to ultimately deliver on the short, medium and long-term business objectives. Keith successfully led the acquisition of Morris Corporation in 2017 and the divestment of all of the aged care, schools and some of its corporate contracts in 2021, two foundational changes within Sodexo’s Australian business.
Keith is a purpose-driven leader and a strong advocate for people as Chair of Sodexo Australia’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion council. He leverages his significant people and client relationship expertise to consistently demonstrate his ability to establish and deliver on business growth strategies. Keith has the experience and capability to meet the next phase of Sodexo Australia’s growth.
Keith began his professional life at Gardner Merchant / Sodexo. He then spent ten years at Aramark in the UK, USA and the Middle East before moving to Australia in 2011, where he joined Spotless as their National Operations Manager Resources.
