Jamie Ronchi is an industrial relations professional with experience across the resources, engineering, and construction sectors. 

Prior to joining AREEA, Jamie worked at Clough Webuild Group supporting major infrastructure, energy, and resources projects, gaining exposure to enterprise agreements, industrial instruments, and Fair Work processes within complex project environments. 

His background also includes experience in human resources roles and an employee relations internship within a union setting. 

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Work and Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Western Australia, is a member of the Industrial Relations Society of Western Australia (IRSWA), and has a trade background in cabinet making, providing practical insight into workplace relations across operational and corporate environments.
