Rebecca Darby, Senior Specialist Culture & DEI at AngloGold Ashanti Australia, will lead the session with a focus on menstrual dignity at work and menopause. With more than 15 years’ experience across the people and culture space in the mining sector and postgraduate qualifications in human resources, Rebecca offers a strategic and practical perspective on embedding inclusive initiatives that strengthen wellbeing, belonging and sustained workforce participation.
Olha Lyeskakova, Senior Marketing Manager at Rentokil Initial, will complement this discussion by addressing male incontinence dignity at work. With Master’s qualifications in business administration, marketing and mathematics and previous experience as a Multicultural Business Advisor, she brings a pragmatic, people-centred lens to reducing stigma and enabling respectful, inclusive workplace practices.
