During this webinar AREEA members will first hear from Adele Hug, the Co-Chair of Women in Food, one of Compass’ Employee Network Groups. This will be followed by AREEA’s Dr Stephanie Black providing a walkthrough of the new DEI Maturity Assessment Tool.

Adele Hug is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian whose work at CGA supports health and wellbeing program delivery in Compass’ Villages. She is Co-Chair of Women in Food, the initiative that is working to foster a supportive network for women and promotes female leadership across the organisation.

Dr Stephanie Black is Policy and Programs Manager at AREEA with a PhD in psychology and a multidisciplinary background in physics and business. She is professionally accredited in management, human factors, computing, and research management and has experience across geophysics, IT, and QHSE programs, including an award-winning workplace health initiative.
