The AREEA Industry Future Leader Award recognises an individual who has had a positive and noticeable impact on workforce culture, processes and practices within their organisation.

Nominations must be lodged by either a direct supervisor or a senior executive/manager of the nominees organisation.

When filling in this form you will be asked to attach three documents and/or any supporting documents (pdf, word doc, jpg, png) relating to the guidelines criteria below :

♦ 200 words on the workforce impact of the nominee;
♦ 300 words on the nominees specific programs, projects and activities that lead to the workforce impact; and
♦ 200 word testimonial on the results and success metrics
