Fiona Nelson joins AREEA as a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor based in our Perth office. 

With more than 20 years’ experience across the mining, construction and oil and gas industries, Fiona is skilled in planning and implementing employee relations strategies and enterprise bargaining, to achieve the most suitable outcomes for the business.

She has led national human resources teams across several large organisations to manage the delivery of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

Fiona holds a Master of Science (Human Resources & Industrial Relations) from Loyola University Chicago.
