Chloe joins AREEA as a Workplace Relations Advisor, based in the Perth office. She brings with her several years of experience in senior roles in HR, IR and Employment Law.
Chloe has experience in the full life cycle of HR and IR including but not limited to Enterprise Agreement bargaining, complex workplace disputes and investigations, redundancies, change management, Fair Work Commission submissions, creation and implementation of policies and procedures as well as delivering training to employees. Chloe enjoys working strategically and problem solving to find and advise on the best possible outcomes.
Chloe holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and is commencing studies in a Bachelor of Laws.
