Braydon Clow is an LLB graduate with a strong focus on employment law and industrial relations.
Since joining AREEA in May 2021, he has gained extensive experience supporting and leading workplace matters, including workplace investigations, employee entitlement compliance reviews, and enterprise agreement negotiations. He has also represented member companies in conciliations before the Fair Work Commission for unfair dismissal and protection claims.
Braydon works closely with employers to provide practical, informed advice across a range of workplace relations issues.
